True Tangential Cutting Technology

Summa's exclusive motorized knife lifts and rotates at corners instead of dragging through turns. This delivers unparalleled accuracy and precision down to the smallest details—perfect for thick sandblast material, paint masks, reflective vinyl, and intricate designs where clean corners matter.

G-Performance Mode

Standard on all S Class 3 cutters, G-Performance mode boosts production speed by up to 40%. The impact is especially noticeable on faster reading of registration marks and when cutting wider substrates. More throughput without sacrificing cut quality.

OPOS CAM (TC Models)

Camera-based alignment system with automatic data processing in the cutter—not external software. Mark registration is approximately 10× faster than any light sensor. Standard on TC models; factory upgrade available for T models on S3 75 and S3 160.

Smart Object Sorting & Paneling

Smart Object Sorting selects the optimal starting point for cutting every time, improving efficiency. Smart Paneling improves cutting accuracy and simplifies post-processing—when set to 18", all objects within range cut at once before advancing.

Dual Head Functionality (TC)

The TC performance head carries two tools simultaneously—knife plus fibre pen, or knife plus creasing tool. Cut and crease packaging prototypes or cut and draw registration marks without changing tools. Significant time savings on multi-operation jobs.

Servo-Powered Roll-Up System

Optional on S3 140 and S3 160. After finishing a job, the system rolls up artwork neatly and prepares the machine for the next job. Integrated paneling splits long runs into shorter consecutive tasks. Cut complete rolls unattended with output nicely rolled up and ready.
