The High Flow belt moves about 1.5 times the air of our Premium belt. The belt structure spreads vacuum more evenly across the surface, so hard-to-cut materials hold tighter and shift less during the cut. Shops running foam, rubber, textiles, corrugated, and small finished parts get a cleaner cut with less part movement, and can hold the same work with less vacuum power.
The High Flow belt ships in gray. If you cut light-colored materials that need a non-coated white belt, contact us and we will talk through your options.

Yes. It is a drop-in swap with no modifications to your cutting system. Request the installation manual through our contact page and we will send it over. You will need a hot melt glue applicator, glue cartridge, and seaming tape to complete the install.
