Graphtec CB09U 45° Blade

The Graphtec CB09U (Graphtec part CB09UB) is a 0.9mm, 45° super steel blade for CB09 blade holders on Graphtec FC9000, CE8000, FCX2000, and FCX4000 cutting plotters.

Fits Graphtec CB09 blade holders

The 0.9mm shaft fits Graphtec CB09 holders, including the PHP33-CB09N-HS and PHP35-CB09-HS. It ships as a standard accessory on the FC9000 and CE8000 and also runs on the FCX2000 and FCX4000.

What it cuts

This is Graphtec's 45° blade for self-adhesive marking film, including standard, fluorescent, and reflective vinyl, plus thin sheet up to 0.25mm (0.010 in). For rigid or thick sheet from 0.25mm to 0.5mm, or sandblast resist rubber up to 1.0mm, use the Graphtec CB15U-K30, which runs in a CB15 holder.

How do I know this fits my cutter?

If your plotter uses a CB09 blade holder, this is the blade. Check the part number on your current holder or blade, and contact us before you order if you are not sure.

What materials does it cut?

Standard, fluorescent, and reflective vinyl and other self-adhesive marking film, plus thin sheet up to 0.25mm. Thicker or more rigid stock calls for the CB15U-K30.

How do I know when to replace it?

When cuts start to drag, tear the film, or leave pieces that don't weed cleanly, swap the blade.
