Graphtec CB15U-K30 30° Blade

The Graphtec CB15U-K30 is a 1.5mm, 30° super steel blade for CB15 blade holders on Graphtec FC9000, CE8000, FCX2000, and FCX4000 cutting plotters.

Fits Graphtec CB15 blade holders

The 1.5mm shaft fits Graphtec CB15 holders, including the PHP33-CB15N-HS and PHP35-CB15-HS. It ships as a standard accessory on the FCX2000.

What it cuts

This is Graphtec's 30° blade for rigid or thick sheet from 0.25mm to 0.5mm and sandblast resist rubber up to 1.0mm. On FCX series plotters it also cuts small, detailed characters in marking film up to 0.25mm. For standard vinyl work, use the Graphtec CB09U, which runs in a CB09 holder.

What materials does it cut?

Sandblast resist rubber up to 1.0mm, rigid or thick sheet from 0.25mm to 0.5mm, and small characters in marking film on FCX series plotters.

How do I know when to replace it?

When cuts start to drag, tear the material, or leave pieces that don't weed cleanly, swap the blade.
